Industrial Photography

Built 30km south of Ballarat in Australia, the Mount Mercer windfarm is a facility that consists of 64 REpower MM92 wind turbines, generating nearly 400,000 megawatt hours (MWh) of electricity annually. This project alone has lowered Victoria's carbon footprint for electricity production by over half a million tonnes of carbon dioxide every year. With the project taking just under 2 years to complete. the first electricity was generated from the site in November 2013.
